May Resolution







After making resolutions for four months now I really noticed a big difference. I became more mindful and started to actually take care of my body and soul. I'm so happy that I decided to do that. This months resolution is a physical health based one. 


EAT HEALTHIER 

Eating healthy is definitely something I need to work on. It can get quite challenging now that I'm at college but I still think that there are ways to improve it. Balancing my diet with different vegetables and fruits is a priority. I really believe that you can eat everything if you do it moderately. I can't wait for Summer to eat homegrown fruits. I already pinned and saved so many delicious recipes that I want to try out.
